This morning, a contract for the supply of smart electricity meters was signed between the Ministry and Kuwait Company Telecom (STC). The contract is to supply 500,000 smart electricity meters, considered the second part of the project, with the first batch being supplied within three months.
The contract signing ceremony was attended by Acting Undersecretary Engineer Maha Hussein Al-Asousi and CEO of Kuwait Telecommunications Company STC, Mr. Moataz bin Abdullah bin Al-Darrab, along with a number of ministry leaders and executive officials from the Company.
