Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy and the Minister of State for Housing Affairs, Dr. Salem Falah Al-Hajraf, and in the presence of the Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry, Engineer Maha Hussein Al-As'oosi, the Assistant Undersecretary for the Customer Services Sector, Engineer Falah Al-Mutairi, and a number of department directors in the Customer Services Sector, two customer service centers were opened in my region. Ardiya and Surra. The center of the Ardiya area is considered the tenth center in Farwaniya Governorate. The building’s design is distinguished by the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the building, where 62% of the energy consumed to operate the building is fed from solar energy.

The Surra Center is also one of the vital centers in the Capital Governorate, and it is the ninth in the governorate. Through it, all transactions related to bills and meters are completed, and the installation of a photovoltaic panel system on the roof of the building is also being completed to benefit from the electrical energy produced from renewable energy in operating the building.
