His Excellency the Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy and the Minister of State for Housing Affairs, Dr. Mahmoud Abdulaziz Bushehri, visited the ministry’s pavilion for conservation, which comes within the national campaign to save energy “Wafer.” The Ministry's team explained the details of the pavilion, its purpose, and the awareness messages that are delivered to the public.

During the visit, His Excellency the Minister stressed the need to continue such campaigns to educate society on the need to reduce wasteful consumption of electricity and water, which in turn will help the Ministry to develop sound visions regarding the needs of the State of Kuwait for electricity and water according to the optimal demand for them, as well as rationalizing electricity consumption. Water will contribute directly to reducing the burden on public finances, in addition to developing the environmental system in the country.

His Excellency the Minister praised the efforts of those working in the Save campaign and expressed his pride in all the national competencies working in the Ministry without exception.
