In this regard, the Ministry clarifies that the building is not one of its facilities and does not fall within its responsibilities, but rather it is a government building that includes many customer service agencies in the Jaber Al-Ahmad area. The Ministry has a special office for customer services only and is being prepared in preparation for opening soon.
