The Ministry, represented by the Customer Services Sector and in coordination with the Public Relations and Citizen Services Department, participated in the Second Forum for Artificial Intelligence and Digitization under the slogan “Artificial Intelligence Governance.” This participation aims to introduce customers to the electronic services provided by the Ministry, which number more than 46 services through the Ministry’s website and the MEW application. Among the services most used by customers are billing and meter services, which enable customers to pay consumption bills with ease.
Representatives of the Ministry, Mr. Muhammad Mahdi and Mrs. Dhukrayat Al-Otaibi, were also honored for the Ministry’s participation in the exhibition accompanying the forum.
