The State of Kuwait, represented by the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, participated in the Sixth Gulf Forum for Subscriber Services in the Electricity and Water Sector in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries, which was held in the State of Qatar during the period from 6-7 of this month.
The Ministry was represented by the Assistant Undersecretary for Customer Services, Eng. Falah Al-Mutairi, and the Head of the Collections Department in the Customer Services Sector at the Ministry of Electricity, Mohammed Al-Otaibi.
Mr. Mohammed Al-Otaibi presented two working papers on artificial intelligence in customer service and prepayment, which included the Ministry’s experiences represented by the Customer Services Sector regarding the use of modern techniques and technology in developing the sector’s work system in a way that benefits the public interest.
The importance of the forum lies in the exchange of expertise and experiences between member states and the role of discussing working papers and sessions in increasing constructive communication between participants to achieve the best results, improve services provided to subscribers, and raise customer satisfaction.
