Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Dr. Jassim Al-Ostad, and in the presence of the Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry, Eng. Maha Al-Asousi, the Acting Assistant Undersecretary for the Customer Services Sector, Eng. Falah Al-Mutairi, and a number of department directors in the Customer Services Sector, three customer services centers were opened in the West Abdullah Mubarak region. They are West Abdullah Mubarak Office, West Abdullah Mubarak Mall, and Kabd Office in the same area, so that these centers are organized within a series of customer service centers spread throughout all governorates of the State of Kuwait.

The Ministry stresses the importance of expanding the provision of services and improving the business environment to raise the level of services provided by the Ministry to customers.
