Under the patronage and presence of His Excellency the Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Dr. Jassim Muhammad Al-Ostad, and in the presence of the Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry, Eng. Maha Al-As'oosi, and a number of the Ministry’s leaders, this morning, Wednesday, 10-25-2023, the Center for Building and Training National Cadres was opened to create a qualitative leap in the field of field training for the Ministry’s engineers and technicians.

The center also contains four halls equipped with electrical network equipment, chargers, batteries, and low-voltage rods. The outdoor arena is equipped with cables, a transformer, and overhead lines to train and prepare the ministry’s engineers.

During the tour, His Excellency stressed the necessity of investing in the human element and ensuring the upgrading of the competencies of national cadres in line with the actual work need. His Excellency Dr. Jassim Al-Ostad praised the center and the equipment installed that simulate the reality of working life and directed the department directors to the need to support these centers and work to develop them and support the cadres. National, which contributes to the integration of the Ministry’s sectors to deliver the Ministry’s services to customers to the fullest extent.

His Excellency extended support to the engineers and technicians working at the center and the trainers, and concluded his speech by thanking these young energies who play an active role in the wheel of development and prosperity.
