His Excellency the Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Dr. Jassim Al-Astad, opened the customer service office in the Sabah Al-Ahmad residential area this morning, confirming that the Ministry’s plan includes opening several customer service centers in all regions of Kuwait, especially new residential cities such as West Abdullah Al-Mubarak and Al-Mutla’ Residential City, in order to facilitate the transactions of citizens and residents in Kuwait.
During the opening, His Excellency the Minister confirmed the Ministry’s keenness to reach customers and provide the best services through the Ministry’s sectors with various specializations.
He pointed out that the rate of collecting the Ministry's debts after linking with the Ministry of Interior is very high, calling on residents to take the initiative to pay their debts to the Ministry and not accumulate them.
He also pointed out that the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy provides more than 40 electronic services and the Ministry is working to convert all its services into electronic services, in line with the government’s work program and Kuwait Vision 2035.
